ASCEND Founder Circle brings together a small group of ambitious business owners who meet monthly in a confidential environment to share challenges, insights and real-world experience.

Each group is limited to 12 founders to ensure trust, openness and meaningful conversation.

Members meet once per month for a structured session focused on real business issues — from growth and strategy to hiring, leadership and decision-making.

One or two members present a real business challenge they are facing.

Accountability & Commitments
